Air-cooled colocation, liquid-cooled built-to-suit for the latest NVIDIA generation.
2 MW of colocation on air-cooled racks and a 22 MW built-to-suit hall with direct liquid cooling for the latest NVIDIA generation share the same 2N utility power and carrier-neutral fibre. Current built-to-suit capacity is leased; the 2028 phase is built-to-suit and reservations are open, further colocation space is still available.
Colocation
2 MW of racks, cages and private suites.
Colocation in operating halls: single cabinets, cabinets in cages, or in private suites, with dual-feed power, air-cooled hot-aisle containment and carrier-neutral connectivity in place. The halls are almost fully leased, but we still have some space
- 2 MW of colocation: single cabinets and cages in halls that are already operating.
- Two cabinet formats: 42U Standard (600 mm wide) or 42U Premium (800 mm wide); both 1200 mm deep and 2200 mm tall. You may also bring your own cabinets.
- Private suites: fully enclosed rooms for up to 40/52 cabinets with a customisable floor plan, raised floor, dedicated power and cooling: a data center of your own inside of ours.
- Air: hot-aisle containment for air-cooled racks
- Cross-connects: to any of the carriers in the facility via meet-me rooms over redundant paths.
- Availability: Almost fully leased, but we still have some space

Built-to-suit
A 22 MW hall engineered around your GPU cluster.
Dedicated halls for AI and HPC at scale: direct liquid cooling, closed-loop plant, 2N utility power and the security envelope you specify. The first 22 MW hall goes live in late 2026; the campus is heading for a 200 MW peak.
- 22 MW built-to-suit hall: dedicated power, cooling and access zones for a single tenant's GPU cluster, live late 2026, on a campus with a 200 MW peak.
- AI-native fit-out: direct liquid cooling for the latest NVIDIA generation (GB300 today, Vera Rubin from 2028), closed-loop cooling plant that uses no water, 2N utility power.
- Proven model: the customer rents the hall and installs its own hardware; MCF Group Estonia builds and runs the facility. See the Nebius case study.
- Security to specification: separate access zones, dedicated CCTV, PCI DSS AOC and EMP shielding on request.
- Timeline: the 22 MW hall goes live in late 2026; the next built-to-suit hall opens in early 2028 and reservations are open.

Connectivity
Carrier- and cloud-neutral. You choose the provider.
Eight fibre backbones enter the building from four directions, local and international carriers are present in the facility. Design your network the way you need it and change partners when you want: price and quality stay under your control.
Cross-connects
an optical cable from your equipment straight to another customer or to your chosen provider inside the data center. Adding or swapping partners is a work order, not a project.
Internet providers
100% provider-neutral, so you can combine transit, peering and cloud on-ramps from several carriers at once.
Wavelengths and dark fibre
most operators on site offer CWDM and DWDM wavelength services to the main hubs in Estonia and beyond; Greenergy also owns fibres it can lease to customers.
Carriers present on site. If yours is not listed, tell us and we will arrange it.

Support services
Services that give you your time back.
The point of colocation is not having to be always on site. Our 24/7 operations team handles the hands-on work, so your engineers handle the systems.
- Access management
- you give us the list of who may approach your equipment; 24/7 armed security, 300 cameras, biometric identification and AI-supported mantraps do the rest.
- Remote hands
- you issue and confirm a work order, our specialists execute it. The operations center never closes, so help is always within reach.
- Logistics and storage
- we receive shipments and hold them in spacious storage rooms until you, your partner or our team install them.
- Staging room
- clean, spacious assembly room for unpacking, racking and stacking equipment.
- Cleaning and waste
- we dispose of packaging from staging, keep shared areas clean.
